The instrument has protector and hollow cylinder with a handle. The cylinder has toothed cutting edge on one end and the handle on the other end in perpendicular to longitudinal cylinder axis. The cylinder is to be oriented in parallel to the palatine bone. Tissues are dissected by making translation and rotation movements with variable rotation direction.
