FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otolaryngology and ENT-oncology. Method consists in re-canalling and dilating impact on affected cartilaginous nasal structures. Operation is realised under retrograde visual control by two video endoscopes. One of said endoscopes is placed in atrium area of one nasal cavity halves into lumen of lower nasal meatus, the second is brought through mouth into lumen of nasopharynx. Excision of cicatricle tissues (re-canalling) is carried out by laser and/or electro surgical destruction. After that, temporary prosthetics of nasal meatuses by means of silicone naso-gastric probes for 7-day term is carried out. Then, further dilating impact by means of nitinol self-expanding stents, placed into zone of affection for 3-4 month term, is performed.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to prevent risk of complications development, facilitate carrying out operation in case of small vision field of operation field, restore patency of nasal meatuses and ensure proper nasal breathing in patient.
