FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical capsule having outlet opening on one end and usually closed on the other one, piston placed in casing. The casing is movable towards the outlet opening by means of spiral spring. One end of the spring thrusts against the end piece edge. The end piece has cylindrical central part with rounded end and spring coiled around it. The edge separates spring end from crossing ribs.
