FIELD: sealing and distribution of lyophilized drug in container. SUBSTANCE: method is realized by means of device of improved construction. Lyophilization is performed in container installed in chamber. Acid is removed from container, and nitrogen is introduced into it. Cap is closed by created pressure, outlet hole is interlocked to prevent its communication with first hole in container. Plunger rod end piece has head positioned in sleeve. This end piece emerges from the second hole in container, head being positioned axially adjacent to plunger. Container is installed into open end of sleeve.
