SUBSTANCE: system comprises the following components: syringe-type injection device adapted to contain and dispense single-administerable medicament-prefilled ampoule, case-like device adapted to accommodate tip of syringe-type injection device for separating needle from ampoule and for removing used needles and ampoules, and medicament-filled ampoule of improved design. Syringe-type injection device comprises cylindrical member, handles, articulated spring-urged pressing lever and safety triggering mechanism. Case-like device comprises leg protecting plate, to which is attached casing for ejecting used ampoules. Case body is adapted to accommodate cylindrical member of syringe-type injection device. Besides, case body is provided with means adapted to separate needle from used ampoule and to place needle and ampoule into different collecting containers.
