FIELD: immunotherapy. SUBSTANCE: invention provides immunoconjugate with antitumor activity constituting monoclonal antibody or its fragment specific for human EGF receptor molecule and a specimen of chemokin family, namely interleukin-8. Preparation: DNA sequences encoding (i) antitumor activity constituting monoclonal antibody or its fragment specific for human EGF receptor molecule and (ii) biologically-active ligand are fused, complementary DNA is obtained and included into expressing vector, which is used for transformation of host cells. Transformed cells are then cultured in nutrient medium under conditions favoring expression of proposed immunoconjugate. Immunoconjugates of invention induce cytotoxic activity.
