FIELD: biology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: method is based on administration of syngenic or autologic whole mass of erythrocytes or their heavy fraction subjected for effect of electromagnetic waves of millimeter range of extreme high frequency. Method is carried out by the following manner: before immunization erythrocytes as 5% suspension in medium-199 are administrated in edge tail vein intravenously in the dose 1 ml containing 8 x 108 cells/ml. Cells are subjected for preliminary treatment by electromagnetic radiation of millimeter range using KVCH-equipment "Yav-1" at oscillation frequency 42,19 GTz, wave length 7.1 mm, density of powder radiation 10 mWt/cm2, not above. Treatment time is 1, 2, 5 and 10 min. Dose of microwave radiation is 2.4-6.0 J/cm. Invention can be used for stimulation of immune response in laboratory animals.
