FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing products to be subjected to sterilization into insulated chamber. Rarefaction state is created in the chamber. Residual gas particles plasma is generated at the initial stage of rarefaction. It facilitates product drying and in most cases enables required pressure to be quickly achieved when compared to methods using no plasma. Sterilizing gas is injected into the chamber and secondary plasma is generated for creating sterilizing gas plasma making product sterilization in the chamber in this way.
