FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method of sterilisation and a device for sterilisation objects by destruction of microbes with hydrogen peroxide. Method of sterilisation of an object in the reaction vessel using vapours of hydrogen peroxide as a sterilising agent comprises exposure of the inner space of the reaction vessel at a pressure of vacuum, which is lower than the equilibrium vapour pressure of hydrogen peroxide, heating the interior of the reaction vessel and the evaporator to a temperature of 30°C to 60°C, insertion of hydrogen peroxide solution into the interior of the reaction vessel through the evaporator, thermal evaporation of a solution of hydrogen peroxide in the reaction vessel during the insertion stage, sealing the inner space of the reaction vessel and holding the object in an atmosphere of hydrogen peroxide vapour and insertion of external gas into the interior of the reaction vessel to rise and maintain the pressure in the interior space prior to the predetermined value in the range from 100 to 600 Torr. Method provides effective sterilisation of object having narrow and long cavity. The steriliser includes a reaction vessel for containing the object, a vacuum pump, a reservoir of hydrogen peroxide, an evaporator, a heating device, a unit of pressure change for insertion of external gas into the reaction vessel.
EFFECT: invention provides effective sterilisation of an object.
