FIELD: organometallic and fine organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: described is method of preparing new silicon-containing organoaluminium compounds which comprises reacting trialkylvinyl silanes RSiCH=CH2, wherein R is Me, Et, p-Bu, with triethyl aluminium at molar ratio of 10; (10-20) in the presence of zirconacene dichloride catalyst in argon atmosphere in aliphatic solvents under normal conditions for 6-10 hours. EFFECT: use of silicon-containing alumacyclopentanes as catalyst complex components in processes of polymerization and oligomerization of olefin and diene hydrocarbons. 1 tbl
