FIELD: hydraulic structures; gathering oil and its products from surfaces of open reservoirs, wells, and the like. SUBSTANCE: device is provided with one more floating facility whose body is made in the form of storage tank with cover and carrying floats, lattice partition, and hole in bottom. Adjusting floats and reed relays are placed inside the tank. Storage tank communicates through transfer valve with compressed air charger and through bottom pipe unions and check valves, with first floating facility and with discharge hose. Bottom hole may receive plug or third check valve. Tank may be provided with hole shut-off float. Device may be provided with additional reed relay; body of first floating facility may be shaped as semi- torus with second facility mounted in its center. EFFECT: improved speed of product accumulation, fire safety, and reliability; minimized water content in petroleum products. 6 cl, 8 dwg
