FIELD: well construction; applicable in cementing of wells drilled for oil, gas and water. SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of cement with water; pouring of grouting mortar into casing-wellbore annular space; treatment of grouting mortar with pressure and temperature; allowing setting of cement. Under conditions of low temperatures of air and cement, water for mixing with cement is heated with use of steam generators. Displacing liquid is used in form of drilling mud displaced in injection of grouting mortar; with temperature of drilling mud not lower than 40 C, it is heated to temperature mot lower than 50 C. EFFECT: higher quality of well cementation due to heat treatment of cement mortar, reduced terms of setting and strengthening with formation of cement stone with low permeability and high strength. 2 cl, 1 ex
