FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed pump plant can be used in system restraining evaporation of fuel in internal combustion engines. Pump plant used in such system has diaphragm set into operation of electromagnet and magnetic armature and delivery chamber with system of valves. First valve can be placed in communication with ambient air by means of supply pipeline. Second valve can be connected with adsorption filter by means of pressure pipeline. Shutoff valve is installed between supply and pressure pipelines. Pump diaphragm is installed for movement by means of electromagnetic drive. Shutoff valve is electromagnetically controlled. Invention makes it possible to accurately determine the size of leakage hole, reduce cost of mounting, enlarge range of sealing check at all engine operating modes.
