FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing and sterilizing substrate and sowing myscelium; providing myscelium growing, fruit formation and fruit-bearing of mushroom bodies at predetermined humidity and temperature mode. Myscelium growing stages include phase of cooling substrate with myscelium and gathering of germinated mushrooms at the end of each stage. Upon termination of cooling phase, at second and subsequent fruit-formation stages during watering cycle epibrassinolide is applied at least once in an amount of 0.001-0.01 ml/sq m. At the beginning of third fruit-formation stage before cooling stage, lignin is introduced in an amount of 3-20% by weight of substrate. During fruit-formation and fruit-bearing period, aeroionic treatment of air contacting with substrate is performed and/or air is blown through substrate during at least one stage.
