FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing being hollow tube with radially curved working end and handle. The end part of the tube is sealed at its working end and has spherical external surface. Tube wall has window provided with upper and lateral cutting edges. The window is positioned on the outer side of the curved tube portion between its middle and end face. The ratio of window width to the internal diameter of the tube varies from 1:1.1 to 1:1.3. The handle has recess for finger to place and an opening for making communication between the tube cavity and external air. The opening has connecting pipe for being attached to vacuum pump of suction device. EFFECT: prevented suction and swallowing of excised adenoid tissue pieces and exudate elements by patient; prevented complications and traumatic injuries of soft tissues; accelerated operation. 4 cl, 1 dwg
