FIELD: medicine; otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and concerns the treatment of adenoiditis in children. To do this, the nose and paranasal sinuses are washed according to Proetz. Additionally, a solution of a drug consisting of acetylcysteine, tuaminoheptane sulfate, dexamethasone and tobramycin is injected into both halves of the nasal cavity in empirically selected ratios.
EFFECT: method ensures the restoration of nasal breathing function due to the complex anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and anti-exudative action of components of the injected drug.
