FIELD: equipment for tyre-making industry, applicable for assembly of tyre casings, mainly of radial construction. SUBSTANCE: the device has a bed frame with a drive shaft, axially movable flanges provided with bead holders that are installed on pipes concentrically arranged relative to one another and to the drive shaft, and drives. The pipes are coupled to a threaded bushing by means of threaded sleeves interconnected by a key, the external sleeve is kinematically coupled to the bed frame. Kinematic coupling of the external sleeve to the bed frame is made in the form of a bracket rigidly secured on the external threaded sleeve and engageable with the groove made on the bed frame in parallel with the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft. EFFECT: enhanced quality of tyre casings, reliability in operation, simplified assembly. 3 dwg
