SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of controlling temperature with use of zone and stand thermocouples and with predetermined time intervals of step heating; at first heating stage setting temperature of heating time period with use of zone thermocouple equal to temperature of recrystallization starting of heated metal and with use of stand thermocouple setting temperature being by 170-120^oC lower than previous one; at second heating stage setting temperature of heating time period with use of zone thermocouple equal to 800^oC and with use of zone thermocouple setting temperature being by 170-250^oC lower.
