FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: for manufacturing of electrotinning sheet metal with high plastic properties and qualitative surface it is implemented continuous slab casting from aluminium-killed steel, got rolling and winding of strip into roll at 670-690°C, strips etching, cold rolling with total drafting 90-93%, degreasing, recrystallisation annealing in bell-type furnace and temper rolling, herewith recrystallisation annealing in bell-type furnace is implemented with regulation of temperature conditions of annealing by temperature of winding of strips into roll: at first stand thermocouple is installed to the temperature of the beginning of steel recrystallisation: 550°C - for steel 08 ps, at which it is kept 5-8 hours, it is implemented heating up to temperature higher than temperature of the beginning of recrystallisation 100-120°C, it is kept 3-6 hours, then temperature is reduced for 40-50°C lower than Ar1 for steel 08 ps - 680°C is isolated 5-10 hours and cooled with switched on burners under heating hood up to temperature Ar1(100-80) °C, at which heating hood is removed and cooled under muffle up to 120-150°C. Training is implemented at 20-40°C with drafting 0.5-1.0%.

EFFECT: development of effective method of black sheet iron manufacturing from low-carbon steel.
