FIELD: metallurgy, particularly, steel rolled stock; applicable in production of low-carbon strip steel for cold deformation and plate of low hardness. SUBSTANCE: method includes continuous casting of slabs from steel reduced with aluminum, hot rolling and coiling of strip into coils at temperature of 690-730 C, cold rolling, recrystallization annealing in bell-type furnace with set value of temperature, as referred to bell temperature of 40-70 C above point Ac1. Upon attaining of set temperature, it is reduced by 80-100 C, let to stand to attain temperature as referred to stand thermocouple of 30-70 C above beginning of recrystallization, then again held for at least 8 h, cooled under heating bell with shutoff burners for 4-6 h, and then under shuffle to temperature of unpacking and in the air to temperature of temper rolling.
