SUBSTANCE: system includes group of user sets, each of which has unique electronic serial number and is connected to concentric user system controller, which provides radio frequency interface to standard transceiver of base station of cellular telephone network. Concentric user system controller has group of modem systems, RF transceiver system and antenna, which provides transmission of sufficient information for keeping multiple telephone calls to long and short distance. In addition, concentric user system controller has control circuit, which is aimed at connection of group of user sets to group of modems through multiplexer using stored information.
