FIELD: radio communication, facility for radio communication and method of automatic change-over of radio communication systems. SUBSTANCE: if maximum number of sequences of access (limitation of feedback line) is exceeded or if request for direct communication line as preferable communication system (limitation of direct communication line) is unsuccessfully terminated execution of repeat initiation of call by user is not required. Technical result is achieved by generation of first signaling message by processor of radio communication facility for transmission to first communication system and by generation of second signaling message for transmission to second communication system if transceiver of communication facility does not receive acknowledgment message from first communication system. It approach ensures decreased percentage of unsuccessful completion of call by way of provision of service after delay of attempts to establish service anticipating initiation of call.
