FIELD: cellular or wireless subscriber telephone and/or information systems. SUBSTANCE: communication system may be of cellular type whose users of plurality of cells interchange data with aid of at least one base station and communication signals of extended-spectrum type in codedivision multiple access system. Base station is inserted in first of cells and has transmitting device wherefrom data is transmitted to subscriber sets at least over one communication channel. Method includes first composite signal energy detection stage involving signal transmission from base-station transmitting device over first group of simulated communication channels. Simulation method involves in addition estimation of first medium data transmission speed for first composite signal energy. Power of signal conveyed over one communication channel is controlled in compliance with first radio noise signal basing on energy of first composite signal and first medium data transmission speed.
