FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making intestine segment resection with mesenterium retained. The wall opposite to the mesenteric side is longitudinally incised. The flap is stripped of mucosa. The transplant edges are adapted to the defect boundaries on the organ to be repaired. The edges are joined with intestinal suture. The intestine defect is eliminated by creating anastomosis between the distal and proximal ends of the intestine. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated mucosa formation. 1 tbl
