FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing bayonet- shaped widening of finger wound. The distal end of the deep flexor and superficial flexor pedicles is selected. Semioval incision is made on the palm surface. Central end of the deep flexor tendon is selected. The superficial finger flexor is transected. The proximal end of the injured deep flexor is sutured to the distal end of the transected superficial flexor. The proximal end of the deep flexor is brought close to the distal end pulling it along the tendon vagina using excised fragment of the superficial flexor. The distal end of the superficial flexor is cut off. Locking removable suture is applied to the injured deep flexor in end-to-end mode. EFFECT: prevented infection spread along the tendon vagina; simplified transfer of central deep flexor tendon end from palm to finger.
