FIELD: medicine, carpal surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should longitudinally dissect regenerate's membrane to separate it; suture is applied onto tendinous proximal end with one intersection. Then ligature's ends are directed longitudinally through regenerate towards distal tendinous end to suture it with one intersection and due to traction by ligature's ends proximal tendinous end should be drawn nearer to distal one by performing regenerate's uncreasing. After that, ligatures should be tightened, regenerate's membrane and covering tissues should be sutured. EFFECT: higher efficiency of restoration. 3 dwg
