FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting air pressure at output; initially dividing output flow into two subflows, then uniting these subflows, with pneumatic resistance at path of one subflow being maintained at constant level; regulating pneumatic resistance at path of other subflow till united flow has fixed value. Apparatus has membrane-type module and pneumatic line connected to membrane-type module output. Pneumatic line has pneumatic resistor. Flow rate meter is positioned in series with pneumatic line. Apparatus and method may be used for regulating and controlling of oxygen concentration in the process of producing hypoxidic gas mixtures by means of semipermeable membranes. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and improved control of oxygen concentration in produced gas mixture. 8 cl, 6 dwg
