FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas generators of liquid-propellant rocket engines. SUBSTANCE: welding of spherical housing with injector and outlet branch pipe is carried out through preliminarily manufactured spacer after connecting the spacer with other units of structure. Spacer and outlet branch pipe are made of two shells soldered to each other. Inner shells of units are connected by electron-beam welding. Outer shells are connected by argon-arc welding using preliminarily manufactured split ring. Spacer is connected with injector by shielded automatic welding. EFFECT: provision of high-thrust oxidizing gas generator featuring excellent reliability and good performance. 4 cl, 7 dwg
