FIELD: dampening pressure pulsations in pipe lines of ППД systems; water supply systems and reclamation. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has bell-mouths where branch pipes with shut-off members and longitudinal ports are mounted forming circular spaces between them; one of them is communicated with bypass pipes of side of inlet of device and cavity of pipes on side of outlet is communicated with inner space of branch pipe at outlet owing to which pulse-wave directed towards pump is received by trap-closed channel where force of pulse is gradually attenuated without causing abrupt rise of pressure in system.
