FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has storage battery, mechanism switch, driving wheels angular speed transmitters, control relay and operating brake cylinders with disconnecting pistons. Control unit, high-pressure oil pump with oil tank, electrohydraulic two-position valves and steering wheel turning angle transmitter with locking switch are introduced additionally. Driving wheel angular speed transmitters are of induction-frequency type. Oil pump and electrohydraulic valves are connected in tandem with operating brake cylinders. Steering wheel turning angle transmitter is placed in valve supply circuit and is connected by input with valve power windings, and by output, with ground terminal. Locking switch is placed in parallel with contacts of steering wheel turning angle transmitter. Proposed device features high reliability and quick response.
