FIELD: radio navigation aids. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for transmission of service information, for example, monitoring-correction information, in differential systems of satellite navigation systems. Device has transmitter and receiver, which are connected by means of navigation channel. Transmitter has generator of reference signals, antenna transmitting unit, comparison unit, counter, control code register, intermediate storage message writing and encoding units, generator of correction codes, and encoding control unit. Receiver has receiving converter, clock oscillator, counter, units for sample generation, set sampling storage, storage of received message, message decoding and message correction, output storage unit and decoding control unit. In addition, transmitter has units for writing number of lines in message and for control of correction code generation. Receiver has additional units for storage of line samples, detection of message start and control of message correction. Transmitter of system generates pulse sets of radio navigation signal and provides temporal modulation of six last pulses of sets transmitted in messages and correction codes. Receive receives radio navigation signal, detects transmitted messages, detects and corrects errors in received messages.
