SUBSTANCE: method involves sterilizing brew dregs in reactor at temperature of 110-120 C and pressure of 2-3 atm for 30-40 min; gradually cooling brew dregs to temperature of 30 C; mixing with bone dregs, with brew and meat dregs ratio being 1:4; drying mixture at temperature of 90-100 C to obtain highly assimilable ready product with moisture content not exceeding 8-9%. EFFECT: simplified method and improved quality of product.
