FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to feed mill industry, in particular, to production of brewing industry wastes fodder additive for farm animals and poultry. The method envisages pumping raw brew grains (with moisture content equal to 70-80% and containing dry substances in an amount of more than 20%) into the vacuum filter with condensed fraction separation and liquid fraction withdrawal from the further process. Then the brewer grains condensed till moisture content to be 30-35% are supplied by a chaplet into the mixer where they are conditioned with dry zeolite with moisture content equal to 3-5%, vitamin-and-grass flour and premix P-60-1 till moisture content is equal to 2-25%. The mixture is moved by the chaplet into the extruder. Granules with 15-17% moisture content are loaded into the drier by a pneumatic conveyor where they are additionally dried at a temperature of 70-100°C during 30-40 minutes till moisture content is equal to 7-9%; then the ready product with a 0.6-1.2 cm diameter and 0.6-3.7 length is transported by the pneumatic conveyor into the hopper for storage, weighing and bagging. The vitamin-and-grass flour is produced of alfalfa in the budding period.

EFFECT: invention ensures production of a highly nutrient fodder additive (universally applicable for feeding various species of farm animals and poultry) with extended storage life, enhancing feeding quality, promoting animals productivity increase and the product prime cost reduction.
