FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method for producing the fodder mixture comprises preparing a slurry of pellets or oilcake and distiller's grains in a rotary grinder-dispersant at 70-90°C, from which centrate enriched with grain production waste is separated in the mixer. Crushed beans are additionally introduced into the distiller's grain and, together with cereals, are dispersed in the rotary grinder-dispersant equipped with a cavitator for 7-10 minutes. The resulting slurry after centrifugation is maintained for a day in the presence of cellulase for splitting cellulose to glucose or a disaccharide in a vessel equipped with a bubbler. Ground bran and/or spent grain is introduced into the mixer. Excess moisture is removed from the resulting slurry, wherein drying is carried out to the moisture content in the finished product not more than 9 wt %.

EFFECT: invention allows to improve the nutritional value of long-term storable fodder mixtures suitable for rearing young stock.
