FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: thoroughly roasting chamber has vessel with heat-carrier, conveyor with vermicelli transfer forms, and heaters defining heating zone. Heaters are arranged between conveyor idle and working runs. During operation of machine, amount of heat released by heaters defining first heating zone exceeds amount of heat released by heaters defining heating zone positioned in middle part of vessel.
