FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: biologically active food additive contains oil seeds, such as grape seeds, ground in two stages. At first stage, grape seeds are ground, at second stage ground seeds are subjected to fine grinding in fat medium in 0.1-2.0 mm thick film at temperature of 50-60 C and fat flow rate of 0.3-0.5 m/s. Additive contains at least 7.0 mg % of vitamin PP and at least 1,500 mg % of mineral substance. Biologically active additive is used for obtaining of food products with increased biological and physiological value and produces marked curing and therapeutic effect.
