SUBSTANCE: claimed food supplement represents ground grape seeds. Grape seeds are ground in thin film under pulsing pressure gradient of 70-90 MPa at 50-70°C. Said biologically active food supplement has hepatoprotective properties due to presence therein of food physiologically functional ingredients such as mineral substances, polyunsaturated fatty acids, dietary fibers, essential amino acids, oil and water soluble vitamins.
