FIELD: surdology, in particular hearing apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: the hearing apparatus has a microphone whose signal is amplified by a preamplifier having negative feedback circuits for expansion of the dynamic range and bringing of its characteristic to conformity with the biological characteristics of the acoustic analyzer of a healthy man. An analog-to- digital converter then transmits the signal in a digital form to a special processor or personal computer, where it is processed by a special algorithm making it possible to transform the signal to that region of frequencies where there is a residual sensitivity of the acoustic analyzer of a sick man. After transformation the signal is fed via a digital-to-analog converter and a volume control to an output amplifier and from it to a microtelephone. EFFECT: enhanced comfort of perception of surrounding sounds, essentially entranced legibility of speech both in the near and the apparatus, practically excluded influence of the apparatus on further worsening of hearing. 1 cl, 1 dwg
