FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying preliminary surgical intervention via external acoustic meatus forming and bending meatotympanic flap for making access to muscle-and- lever mechanism of the middle ear and introducing transducer for controlling auditory information supply. An electrically active layer as a thin film of metallized polymer is applied for covering the muscle-and-lever mechanism of the middle ear. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in protecting cochlear receptors and auditory cerebral centers from auditory overloading; improved speech perception.
