FIELD: manufacture of medicines. SUBSTANCE: method consists in delivery of microdrops to freezing section for forming microparticles of material from microdrops of solution of this material and solvent. Freezing section contains liquefied gas and under action of this gas microdrops get frozen. Frozen microdrops are brought in contact with insoluble fluid in extraction section. Solvent is extracted into insoluble fluid, this forming microparticles. Freezing section and extraction section are separated in space. Microparticles of materials are obtained through delivery of microdrops containing above-mentioned material and solvent to freezing section which contains liquefied gas where microdrops are frozen. Microparticles are obtained through mixing frozen microdrops with insoluble fluid in extraction section where solvent is extracted into insoluble fluid, thus forming microparticles.
