Active substance exhibits limited solubility in water. Organic solvent is free from halogenated hydrocarbons and taken among alcohol, linear or cyclic ether, ketone and ester. Microparticles contact with aqueous system that results to decrease of organic solvent content in microparticles up to 2% or less of microparticles mass. Aqueous system comprises water and exhibits the enhanced temperature in contact with microparticles from 25 C to 40 C. Aqueous system can comprise water and C₁-C₄-aliphatic alcohol as water-soluble solvent. Reduction of residual level of organic solvent provides decrease of decomposition rate of biologically active component incapsulated into microparticles, enhancement of product stability in storage, decrease of total toxicity of product and possible carcinogenic activity.
