FIELD: removal of smoke from stories of building through apertures in exhaust trunk. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes loop, damper, actuating electromagnetic, holder, return spring and hinge for manually opening the damper. Electromagnet, holder and return spring are located in box. Holder is connected with damper and electromagnet armature through latch. Hinge is secured on loop above aperture. Box is articulated on hinge and damper is attached to front end of holder not in center of gravity. End faces of damper and loop are provided with projections. In closed position, damper and loop form labyrinth seal with two stages. Complication shape of clearance forms resistance to penetration of smoke. Device is provided with flexible sealing members made in form tabs secured on loop over perimeter for contact with sealing surfaces of damper. EFFECT: improved service characteristics. 3 dwg
