FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating samples with iodine, hydrazine hydrate, salicylic anhydride reagents. Acetylcholine presence is detected by interpreting luminescence characteristics of the treated samples. Iodine solution in alcohol having pH value of 1-3.6 is applied as iodine reagent. Before being treated with hydrazine hydrate, excessive quantity of iodine is to be removed from the sample. Before being treated with salicylic anhydride, excessive quantity of hydrazine hydrate is to be removed from the sample. Microscopic examination is carried out by means of luminescent microscope at 534-552 nm wavelength. EFFECT: wider set of means for determining acetylcholine presence. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
