FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves adding adhesive substance into preparation in an amount of 10-100 mg/l and exposing to electric field with potential of 0.5-5 V. Apparatus has drum 14 and preparation containing cylinder 1 positioned above drum 14, and charging unit having preparation vessels 7 connected in series, pump 5 and pipeline 3 connected to cylinder 1 and to device for collecting excessive preparation.
