Pressure branch pipe of facility is equipped with perforated pipe-line placed on pond bottom. Device to ward fish and contaminants off is installed between bellows and perforated pipe-line. This device comes in the form of part of pond with shelf. Upper part of device is located above maximal level of water and shelf is positioned below minimal level of water.
