FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making skin incision 2-3 cm long below and in parallel to the XII rib between the anterior and medial axillary line. The muscles are layer- by-layer separated in blunt division mode. The muscles are deflected by introducing retroperitoneoscope mirror into the retroperitoneal space. The perinephric fascia is opened and the inferior kidney segment is accessed. The pelviureteral segment is selected. The retroperitoneoscope mirror is moved under the renal lip. The pelviureteral segment is formed with ureteral stent stricture being removed. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
