FIELD: processing of sublimable materials; sublimation-desublimation of uranium hexafluoride enriched with uranium-235. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus includes heat-insulated housing having sublimation chamber, heat-transfer agent chamber, coolant evaporator, ejector communicated with evaporator by means of ejecting gas manifold, heater, process gas and heat-transfer agent inlet and outlet branch pipes. Apparatus is equipped with at least two heat-exchanger tubes mounted in evaporator and at least two double-pipe heat exchangers arranged in sublimation chamber. Outlets if ejectors are communicated with respective heat-exchanger tubes connected in their turn with respective inner pipes of double-pipe heat exchangers whose outlets are communicated with cavity formed by housing and evaporator and connected with heat-transfer agent chamber by means of circulating pipes. Heater is mounted on sublimation chamber and ejecting gas collector is formed by cover of apparatus and transversal partition mounted in it.
