FIELD: processing of sublimating materials; desublimation-sublimation of uranium heaxafluoride enriched by uranium 235 isotope. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical heat- insulated housing with neutron absorption inserts and coaxial coolant chamber with heat-exchange element and circular sublimation chamber, process gas inlet and outlet branch pipes and coolant inlet and outlet branch pipes. Apparatus is provided with heater of one of walls of sublimation chamber and circular partitions mounted at spaced relation relative to heated wall. Coolant chamber is located on side of wall of sublimation chamber opposite to heated wall. Partitions are mounted at pitch decreasing towards process gas discharge branch pipe. Heater is sectional in form. EFFECT: enhanced reliability; enhanced efficiency of trapping uranium hexafluoride; improved quality of desublimates and sublimates. 3 cl, 2 dwg
