FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to equipment for sublimation material processing, particularly for desublimation/sublimation of silicon tetrafluoride or uranium hexafluoride. A desublimation apparatus comprises a cylindrical thermally insulated heated body, a heat carrier chamber coaxial therewith, an annular desublimation chamber with integrated flanged annular partitions gapped with the heated body. At the flanges, the annular partitions have a collar overlapping the gap at the heated body, and the length of the collar is at least 0.5 of the length of the perimeter of the flange. Throughout the height of the desublimation apparatus, the collars are staggered. The heat carrier chamber and annular partition are gapped.
EFFECT: high degree of the recovery of vapours from a gas-vapour mixture due to a substantial decrease of aerosol carry-over and the maximum filling ensured by the optimal distribution of the vapour mixture flow.
