FIELD: oxidation catalysts. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of carrier-fixed oligomer chelate catalysts that can be used for liquid-phase and gas-phase processes of oxidation of unsaturated compounds. Invention proposes consecutive treatment of dehydrated zeolite CaA with dipropyl ketone and benzidine in boiling organic solvent followed by addition of α,ω-polymethylenediamine-cupric arylhydrazoniminate mixture in chloroform and refluxing mixture for 1 to 4 h. Method makes it possible to fix oligomeric cupric arylhydrazoniminates on zeolite CaA for use as heterogeneous catalysts, which are 400-500 times more effective in catalyzing liquid-phase cyclohexene oxidation as compared with catalysis in presence of unfixed arylhydrazoniminates.
